I've been a gamer since I was a kid and to me, it's one of the most enjoyable things you can do. I love the creativity that is shown in some games and I love the fact that it can be a solitary hobby or you can play with your friends.
I have played a countless number of video games over the years and I can't wait for the future of gaming. It's amazing to think that it all started with Pong.
Today, I’ve prepared reviews of the best video games of the decade. Wow, this is going to be hard, I've played a ton of games in my lifetime and I never really thought about the best of the decade.
The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild
The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild game is an action-adventure game with elements of role-playing games. The game is developed and published by Nintendo. It is set in the fantasy world of Hyrule and the story is based on the new legend.
The game is played in the third-person view. The player will be playing the role of a young boy named Link, who is on a quest to save the land of Hyrule. The game has a new open world, where the player can roam freely and explore the vast world. The game also features many classic characters, as well as new characters like Link and Zelda.
Red Dead Redemption 2
Red Dead Redemption 2 is a great game with the perfect storm of graphics, sound, and voice acting. The story is immersive and the world is rich with details. I am glad that Rockstar Games has put a lot of work into this game, and it deserves all the props a player can give it.
The game has a lot of interesting characters, from returning characters from the first game to brand new ones. What I like about the Red Dead Redemption 2 game is that the graphics in this game are amazing. The world is full of detail and the characters look so realistic that you will forget you are playing a game.
The voice acting is also incredible. You will feel like you are watching a movie the moment you start the game. You will hear the sounds of birds, the wind, and other animals in the wilderness.
Super Mario Galaxy 2
Mario is back for another round of intergalactic excitement! In the sequel to the hit Wii game, Super Mario Galaxy 2, Mario is racing around outer space to save Princess Peach from Bowser.
The stage is set for an epic battle on a grand scale. Enjoy the new challenges of gravity in outer space as you jump on the heads of enemies, launch yourself with boosters, and collect star bits to fuel the Starship Mario.
Grand Theft Auto V
Grand Theft Auto V is an action-adventure video game developed by Rockstar North and published by Rockstar Games. The game is the first in the series to feature a first-person viewpoint and cover system, as well as a living, breathing open-world city based in Los Angeles, California.
Grand Theft Auto V was released to critical acclaim, with praise particularly directed at its multiple new features, including the first-person view and the ability to switch between three main characters.
The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim
The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim is an action role-playing game, playable from either a first or third-person perspective. The player may freely roam over the land of Skyrim, which is an open world environment consisting of wilderness expanses, dungeons, cities, towns, fortresses, and villages.
While in Skyrim, the player may participate in side quests, pursue main quests, interact with NPCs, engage in combat with enemies, develop their character by improving their skills, and travel by foot, horseback, and fast travel.
Skyrim's main questline is a group of story quests that drive the player's character in a linear direction. Various other quests exist in the game that are not related to the main story, and are categorized as Side Quests. There are about 110 side quests in Skyrim.
The Bottom Line
The above-mentioned are my top 5 video games of the decade. If you have different opinions feel free to comment, but no trolling.
